We’re always working to make your MonkeyPod even more awesome. And if you’re looking to find the latest improvements we’ve made, you’re in the right place. The Roadmap Review is our regular update on the latest and greatest MonkeyPod enhancements.

We know our users are a passionate bunch, so this review isn’t meant to be a one-way street. If you’ve got a kickass feature idea, or if something we already do just isn’t working the way it should, we want to hear about it. Visit our new public roadmap to see what features others are requesting or share your two cents.

In this month’s review, we have lots of little quality of life improvements to share, including donor reporting enhancements, memorial donations, and more. Check it out!

Donor Report Glow-Up

Want the inside scoop on who’s giving, who’s ghosting, and who might be due for a friendly nudge? MonkeyPod’s donor reports just got a major upgrade.

You’ve already got Top Donors, Donor Retention, and the delightfully acronymed LYBUNT and SYBUNT reports (Last Year But Unfortunately Not This and Some Year But…). Now, you can slice and dice that data like a pro.

Filter by individuals, organizations, foundations, and more — so if you’re hunting down folks who gave last year but haven’t shown up this year, you can do it in a couple of clicks, without any spreadsheet manipulation.

Look for the shiny new filters at the top of each of these reports.

📚 Knowledgebase has the details.

Many donors want to honor a loved one by making a donation in their honor. And now, it’s easy to track that information in MonkeyPod.

In your organization settings, you can now enable memorial and honoree gifts. Once you do, additional options will appear on your fundraising pages and forms, giving donors the ability to optionally dedicate their gift in memory of or in honor of someone.

And no surprise here — all that data is neatly stored in the transaction and the relationship record, so you’ll always have the full context on the memorial gift.

📚 More on that here.

Householding, But Make It Smarter

MonkeyPod makes it easy to keep track of households in your CRM. Whether you’re organizing people by their employers, by their families, or some other dynamic, it’s easy to keep track of in MonkeyPod.

It’s now easier than ever to see who belongs to which household, add or remove people, and generally keep things neat and tidy.

All householding tools now live in their own tab at the bottom of CRM records. Go ahead, organize your people like a pro.

Who Clicked What? Now You Know

Ever wonder who’s actually clicking your email links?

With our upgraded Email Outreach tracking, you’ll see click interactions directly on relationship records. Plus, when you look at a specific campaign, you can check which link got the love and who gave it. Great for spotting your superfans (or potential donors!)

Tag, You’re It: App Interactions Just Got Easier to Track

Using Jotform or Calendly with MonkeyPod? Nice.

Now you can tag those interactions so they’re easier to find later. Want to know how many volunteer applications came in last month? Or how many donor meetings got scheduled? Tags make it easy.

To get started, you’ll want to make sure tags on interactions are enabled in your organization settings. Then you can install the Jotform or Calendly integration and start tagging to your heart’s content.

📚 The Knowledgebase has all the details on all our apps and integrations.

Budget Filters: Now With Less Squinting

Budgets are cool. Budgets you can filter by date? Cooler.

Whether you’re tracking a grant, a program, MonkeyPod makes it easy to track your budgets and actuals.

If your grant has an annual budget, but you want to see what your actuals were in Q1, you can now filter the budget to that date range and get a clearer picture of your finances.
