MonkeyPod is excited to unveil some updates to our fundraising tools. We’ve given our fundraising pages a visual refresh and added some exciting new features – including thank you letter tracking and additional payment methods!
Thank You Letter Tracking
One of the best ways you can connect with your donors is to send a personal thank you letter for every gift. Taking the time to express your gratitude helps build authentic connections and motivates your supporters to continue engaging with your work.
That’s why we’ve added a new Thank You Letters report to MonkeyPod. Now you can keep track of when you send letters and who you’ve sent them to. You’ll be able to see that information in the report, on the transaction, and on the relationship record.
Fundraising Pages: Visual Refresh
The first thing you’ll notice when you visit a fundraising page is a visual update. We’ve made some tweaks to make things more modern and intuitive. We hope these will make for an overall improved experience for your donors.
Gift Dedications
Over the past few months, we’ve been enhancing options for dedicating a donation. Your donors can now make a gift in honor of or in memory of someone and you can track it in your MonkeyPod.
In your organization settings, you can now enable memorial and honoree gifts. Once you do, additional options will appear on your fundraising pages and forms, giving donors the ability to optionally dedicate their gift in memory of or in honor of someone.
And no surprise here — all that data is neatly stored in the transaction and the relationship record, so you’ll always have the full context on the memorial gift.
Additional Payment Methods
Best of all, we’ve expanded the payment methods available to donors, making it even easier for them to contribute to your mission. Now all MonkeyPod fundraising pages will provide options to donate online via credit card, ACH transfers, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can also let donors make a pledge to donate offline.

Short URLs and QR Codes
Looking for other ways to connect with potential donors? Now you can generate shortened URLs and QR codes for your fundraising pages, making it easier for you to share your fundraising campaigns on social media, in emails, or at events.
