With Volunteer HQ it’s a breeze to track volunteer hours. You can log time in a couple of clicks and track the events and opportunities they’re associated with.

Volunteer HQ can be your new hub for volunteer management, but all the data you’re capturing is still accessible via your volunteers’ relationship records.

We’ve also built in data visualizations so you can better understand the impact your volunteers are making.

Volunteer HQ is currently in a public beta. It’s available at no additional cost to Enterprise subscribers and can be added to any Pro subscription.

As MonkeyPod users take Volunteer HQ for a spin, we’re eager to get your feedback on what’s working and what could be improved. We already have some big plans, including a public portal so volunteers can log hours themselves and indicate their interests. We’re also going to make it easier for you to communicate with volunteers through smart email lists.
